Proportional Weights
Ration 100 : 1 and 50 : 1
Proportional Weights are generally to be used as counterpoise in Platform Weighing Machines. The mass value denoted o the weights represent in the ratio of either 100 or 50. These are manufactured from high quality Pig Iron and have a slot of suitable size to allow them being placed on the coulter balance. Hexagonal Weights have one rectangular and Round Weights have one round loading hole undercut or tapering outwards so as to hold lead securely for adjustment. They are protected by a corrosion resistant paint of black colour.
